When it comes to therapy (and life) I keep things real because honestly, I don’t know any other way. Yes, this is my job, but I’m also a regular human, and I want you to feel comfortable being exactly who you are here, too. There’s no need for pretense—come as you are, wear what you want, and talk about whatever’s on your mind. This is your space, and I’m here to engage with you, not sit silently until you speak.

I’m known for having a unique ability to connect with people on a human level—it often feels like I’ve known my clients forever. Think of me as an “elevated” friend—someone who connects with you but also helps you stay focused on why you’re here (& who isn’t afraid to call out the bullshit!). I’ll use this connection between us to help you dig deeper, challenge old patterns, and create meaningful change.
