I have limited in-person appointments available in Roseville, Ca and can see client’s virtually anywhere in California!

All virtual sessions are done through a secure and confidential platform to ensure privacy.

Sessions are 55 minutes in length at a rate of $165/session.

I am in-network with Aetna and limited Kaiser and UHC insurance plans.
For those that do not have insurance that I am able to take, my online payment system takes payment via anything that acts like a credit/debit card so most HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and establish goals for our work together. We'll also go over logistical details and answer any questions that you may have.

Therapy is a tool to help you access more tools within yourself. Every therapeutic journey is different! I tell clients that my goal is to provide support for as long as you need, and many end up finding value in a longer-term relationship.
Additionally, I’ve seen clients for years who decide to take a break and come back when they feel their anxieties rising or have other external circumstances that increase the need for therapy. I am always happy to hear from past clients no matter how long it has been!
